PE with Joe Wicks @ The Body Coach TV available live on YouTube Monday-Friday 9am.
Joe Wicks Schools tour may have been cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak, but this hasn't stopped him. He will be streaming a live PE lesson every weekday at 9am for half an hour for all children across the nation. All of his workouts are suitable for home learning, with no equipment needed and can be done in your living room without the need for lots of space. Enjoy getting active at home with the whole family. Looking after the body helps to look after the mind!
